A calm morning routine has been the biggest part of my self-care. After following these habits there are some noticeable differences in my mental health.
sometimes morning can be hard but with these habits, you can make your morning routine calmer and more peaceful.
1. Wake up early!
Going to bed and waking up early at the same time every day is a little hard, but it is a must if you want to have a good schedule. There are several things you can do if you wake up early in the morning, difficulty getting up in the morning is not just about loving your sleep and hating morning.
Enjoy the daylight, daylight helps to regulate your circadian rhythms and improves your productivity. If you really want to wake up early, then please do not hit the snooze button.
Snoozing the alarm, falling back asleep then waking up late full of regrets is the worst thing that could happen to you in the morning. To wake up early to improve your sleep schedule, try doing something relaxing before bed that could help you to wake up early.
2. Exercise
Moving your body as soon as you wake up in the morning helps you to improve your productivity and helps you to chase your laziness away. Doing exercise regularly is one of the most important things you can do for your mental health.
Exercise controls weight and can prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss, It boosts your energy and promotes better sleep and it reduces feelings of anxiety and depression.
3. Morning walk
Going for a morning walk really helps you to be calmer and more peaceful for the rest of the day, did you know that a morning walk can help deal with depression and anxiety, A 30-minute walk every day can help the release and proper flow of endorphins in your body.
The first thing in fighting anxiety is to get out of the house and walk, a mind with depression will not let you stay calm and cool and will not let you go out of your house. So go for a morning walk to feel relaxed and stress-free.
4. Write a to-do list!
Create a to-do list and write all the things to be completed before the day ends because it will keep you remembering all things you need to do, and you won't forget the things you need to finish. to create a to-do list first you need to prioritize the task you need to complete first, note the deadlines and arrange the items by time, priority, or deadline.
