You can't buy happiness, but you can buy books and that's kind of the same thing. A room without books is like a body without a soul.

4. Relax 

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is to relax. Just keep in mind that you're not going to master this in one day. Just relax. Master the day and just keep doing that every day. Invest in rest!

Avoid the usage of any kind of technology 30mins before your sleep it relaxes your eyes and helps you to get a peaceful sleep without difficulties. It's really difficult to avoid phones before going to bed but keeping your phone aside before sleeping gives your eyes some rest.
